Delete your Maiva account

In the app

1. Open Maiva and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you can’t use the app, send a deletion request from your account’s email address to legal@bunny-soft.com with the subject “Delete my account”, or use our support portal . We’ll confirm when it’s done.

What’s deleted, and what’s kept

Deleting your account permanently deletes your profile, training locations, plans, workouts, chats and summaries. Deleted information may stay in backups for up to 30 days.

Some records are kept after deletion:

• Subscription and purchase records, with your account ID and email, for 7 years, for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
• AI usage and cost records, linked to your account ID, for 13 months.
• Records of your acceptance of our terms, for 7 years.
• Copies of AI requests held by our AI providers, for the period set in their own terms.

Your subscription

• App Store: deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription, and we have no way to cancel it for you. Cancel it in your App Store account settings , or Apple will keep charging you.
• Google Play: when you delete your account, we try to stop your subscription renewing, and the app tells you if we can’t. To be sure, check your Google Play subscriptions .
